Даже прочитав весь сайт USCIS не смог понять - может ли US company спонсировать на этот тип GK если потенциальный employer не имеет H1b или любой другой US visa и не собирается на H1B подавать.
Просветите пожалуйста!

Ну и при чем здесь Н-1 или другая виза? Человек будет подавать на "Е" визу, и все.
