Похвастаюсь нашими успехами.
History: Emma is approximately 6 weeks from the time she had complete tetraparesis to where she could not even sit up on her own from cervical IVDD. Over the past 3 weeks she has shown marked, steady improvement.
Progressing from being able to right herself into sternal recumbency from both sides to now being able to stand and walk on her own.

Exam:
Emma can get up and walk on her own. She is still fairly unstable at the walk and continues to have proprioceptive deficits in both the LF and LH, (hind worse than front), but they are markedly improved from the previous week. She
is also unstable when standing, but can hold her position reasonably well.

Last week in the treadmill she was not able to use the LH at all. Her ability to flex the LF limb and advance it was also significantly limited. The focus last week was on getting her to flex and advance the LF limb with assistance. This
week in the hydro-treadmill she was able to flex and advance her LF well on her own. She was also using her LH pretty well. We worked on her hind limb gait patterning and extension of the toes. This was a significant improvement
from last week and there were times that she was walking well on her own without support in the hydro-treadmill during the session.
