Brindle is a coat color that exists in almost "all breeds". There are a *lot* of breeds that come in that color, including American Pit Bull Terriers, Akitas, Boxers, Mastiffs (generally "English" Mastiffs and Bull Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, etc...), Greyhounds, Italian Greyhounds, Whippets, French Bulldogs, Bulldogs ("English"), American Bulldogs, Bull Terriers, etc.. I've even seen brindle Chihuahuas and Poodles.Just because a breed doesn't recognize brindle as a showable or registerable color, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Genetically, brindle exists across species - cats, rabbits and guinea pigs also have "brindle" type colors.
