I can give you this person's phone number. I got it from a friend whose dog was also transported by her. I gave Natalia and Galina her phone number and they arranged everything, so you can ask them about everything. This woman is frequently transporting dogs to and from Poland. I believe she has her own ways of getting through the border :P When I had Igor transported it was delayed, he was supposed to arrive on Monday and arrived on Wednesday and I was really worried. After all I entrusted my precious baby to someone whom I've never seen... But he came to Poland happy and healthy, not tired at all, in a huge kennel, very comfortable. I remember how small he was... such a long time ago!!
